By registering an account on orionplay, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, or by otherwise accessing or using the orionplay platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as orionplay's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Your continued use of the orionplay platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the header of this page.
Access to and use of orionplay is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and continuously throughout your use of the platform:
orionplay reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account found to be in violation of these conditions. Any winnings accumulated during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.
To access real-money gaming services on orionplay, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process.
One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) orionplay account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, or any other method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds therein.
KYC Verification: In compliance with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer requirements and the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules, orionplay is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit valid government-issued Philippine identification documents, which may include any of the following:

All financial transactions on the orionplay platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions govern your use of the orionplay payments infrastructure:
6.1 Deposits
Deposits may be made via the payment methods listed in your account dashboard, which currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT (TRC20). Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. orionplay does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All deposited funds must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. orionplay reserves the right to return funds and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.
6.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts in your own name that match your orionplay account details. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
orionplay processes withdrawal requests during regular business hours. Processing times vary by payment method. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed.
6.3 Anti-Money Laundering Obligations
orionplay is subject to the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. orionplay reserves the right to freeze funds and suspend accounts pending regulatory investigation without prior notice where AML obligations require it.
orionplay may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs to Players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms, which will be published alongside each promotion. In addition, the following general bonus conditions apply across all orionplay promotions:
All games available on the orionplay platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. The general gaming conduct standards below apply to all orionplay Players:
Random Number Generation: All orionplay games that rely on random outcomes use Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified by PAGCOR-accredited laboratories. Outcomes are mathematically random and cannot be predicted or influenced.
Live Casino Conduct: Players participating in orionplay's live casino tables are expected to maintain respectful conduct in the live chat feature. Abusive, offensive, or threatening messages directed at dealers or other players may result in removal from the table and disciplinary action on the account.
Technical Malfunction: In the event of a technical error, server failure, or game malfunction, orionplay reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the Player's account balance. Winnings arising from a demonstrable technical error are not valid and will not be paid.
Connection Responsibility: Players are responsible for the quality and stability of their internet connection. orionplay is not liable for losses, missed opportunities, or incomplete game sessions arising from connection interruptions on the Player's side.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the orionplay platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

All intellectual property rights in and to the orionplay platform, including but not limited to the orionplay brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, content, and all related materials, are and shall remain the exclusive property of orionplay and its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the orionplay platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the orionplay platform or its content.
The trademarks, service marks, and logos of orionplay and of third-party game providers displayed on the platform may not be used without the prior written consent of their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, orionplay's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any gaming activity shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your orionplay account balance at the time the claim arises.
orionplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses including, without limitation: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming sessions, or any financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use the orionplay platform.
The orionplay platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While orionplay endeavors to maintain platform availability, we do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may affect platform availability without prior notice.
orionplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for cause, orionplay may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is found, remaining real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Any Bonus Funds or wagering requirement-incomplete bonus balances will be forfeited upon closure.
You may close your orionplay account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned after applicable AML checks are completed.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms, your account, or your use of the orionplay platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and orionplay, you are encouraged to first contact orionplay's customer support team via live chat or the support email to seek resolution. orionplay will endeavor to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication with orionplay may be escalated to PAGCOR for regulatory mediation, in accordance with PAGCOR's established dispute resolution procedures. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, orionplay is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight and its determinations.
Any dispute not resolved through the above processes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with the venue in Metro Manila unless otherwise required by applicable law.
orionplay reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details on file (including SMS to your registered mobile number) no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR regulatory direction, applicable law, or force majeure circumstances.
The current version of these Terms is always available at orionplay.asia/terms-conditions. The "Effective" date and version number at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the orionplay platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
